Gearless Transmission Using Elbow System


This product demonstrates efficient gear-less tyranny of power at right angles. This saves items manufacturing time and costs along with teeth coordinating and kit placement issues. The elbow mechanism is an efficient style of gear-less transmission technique and the kinematic system which allows for efficient power/motion transmission at right angles. This device allows for motion transmitting at 90 degree aspects between driver and the driven shafts.
We use mounts to mount a DC motor with base coupled to it. We all then use 90 level bent rods to web page link driver shaft with the driven shaft. We use accurate drilling with relatively spaced and diameter gaps to attach the text fishing rods with precision. We then use mounts to carry the driven rod in correct position. Now the engine can be powered using 12V supply and is used to drive the other shaft using knee mechanism.

Automated Portable Hammering Machine Hammering is the most widely used industrial as well as construction activity. Hammering or screws, metal sheets, parts etc requires a lot of time and effort. So here we propose an automated hammering system that allows for fully automatic hammering process. This allows for accurate, fast and automated hammering wherever and whenever needed using a 12V battery. The person just needs to insert workpeice and start the hammering machine. This machine can be used for automatic hammering work as and when needed. We here use a dc motor in order to move the hammer.
